We receive many calls from customers who are having difficulties with their computers.		Annual unlimited office hour telephone support is just £30 per annum.
For a small annual charge you can ring our trouble shooting service. Don't panic just give us a call at any time during office hours.		Annual 'Home Call'* also just £30 per annum plus £15 per hour for a home visit, office hours.
If you live in the Beckenham area we can also make home visit.		Home visits* (no annual contract) £30 per hour.
Emails wont come in? Can't find a document?		Normal response within 24 hours.

If your problem is diagnosed to be a hard drive problem we are unable to resolve but can recommend local engineers.
